Further features include hydrophobic, hydrophilic, antistatic and antimicrobial surface treatments, plus ultraviolet stabilisation, flame retardant finishes, resin coating or in-built elasticity. Our products are sourced and customised to meet industry-specific requirements, often leading the way in new lines and improved product performance.

The Techtex Industrial business is very diverse and includes amongst its many applications automotive products, sound insulation components, substrates used for coating and lamination, reinforcement fabrics, geo-textiles, horticulture fabrics and backing fabrics for carpet tiles.

We also supply many smaller niche areas such as manufacturers of children’s cot mattresses and manufacturers of Funeral Parlour products including shrouds and coffin liners. Techtex Industrial can rightly claim to supply nonwoven fabrics from the cradle to the grave and most places in between!
