The Techtex Filtration Division has extensive experience in air filtration and liquid filtration applications. It is a major supplier of filter media and Nonwoven filter media support fabrics.

The company’s broad range of products incorporates most of the proprietary nonwoven textile technologies used by the filtration industry. These include wet laid products, chemical bonded fabrics, spunbonded fabrics (Polyester & Polypropylene), through air bonded fabrics, meltblowns, needlefelts (Glass Fibre and Polyester) and composite technologies such as SMS and surface coatings.

Further features include hydrophobic, hydrophilic, antistatic and antimicrobial surface treatments, plus ultraviolet stabilisation, flame retardant finishes, resin coating or in-built elasticity. Our products are sourced and customised to meet industry-specific requirements, often leading the way in new lines and improved product performance.

The Techtex Filtration Division works closely with specialist filter roll distributors and manufacturers of cartridge filters and panel filters. We have been successful in developing filter fabrics that are both more filtration efficient and more cost effective. As they say in the filtration industry – ‘good filtration needn’t be expensive, but poor filtration most certainly is’.

The company also has joint ownership of a rapidly growing Filtration Company called Infiltra Ltd. Operating from Germany, Infiltra Ltd. is a major supplier of non-woven filtration fabrics to the automotive industry across Europe. The combination of Techtex Filtration’s expertise of non-woven filter fabrics and Infiltra’s vast knowledge of coolant filtration systems means that together they are able to advise and supply the most appropriate filter materials for specific filtration applications. The ‘hands on’ specialist filtration engineers employed by Infiltra Ltd. provide on-site technical support including contamination analysis, filter media testing and in-use performance testing as part of a complete ‘filtration package’ offered by the company.
